This dealer is great. I moved here from Las Vegas and the difference in service was so different. They never tried talking me into something I didn't want or need. I dealt with several service people but usually with Randy. He was honest in what I needed done and reminded me of what was covered under warranty.  I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was dealing with this dealer.

We traveled to Orlando this past weekend from Southern Indiana (land of the cold and snow) for a week with friends here in Orlando. On Monday for some unexplained reason the driver's side electronic window decided to quit working.

After several inquiries we were directed to your dealership for diagnosis / repair. Randy McClean was the advisor who met with us initially advised us of the proublem and set our Durango for repair. Since the part was not in stock he made connections for us to be shuttled back to the Sheration Vistana Resorts told us when the car would be repaired and acted in a totally professional manner.

We now have a Durango that will give us security and safety as we continue to enjoy Florida. Thank you for your dealership and the service you gave us. Our Chrysler dealer at home could not have been more helpful. We wish you continued success in your business.

In August I brought my Jeep in for service. Randy McClean assisted me. I want to sincerely thank Randy and the mechanic(s) that worked on my Jeep and discovered that the front sway bar assembly had never been installed on my car potentially leading to a very serious accident. I had complained to other dealers and they told me the handling problem was "normal". Your mechanic after doing some obvious repairs took the vehicle for a test drive and was not satisfied with the handling. He returned to the shop and while trying to determine the cause realized that the entire sway bar assembly was never installed. He could have very easily said his repairs were OK and moved on but he did not. I cannot express how thankful I am for the dedicated staff at your dealershi service department.  They are lifesavers!! Thank you very much.

I want to express my complete satisfaction with the Service Area at your dealership. The following service personnel: Nick, Luis. and William, were the awesome technicians that helped me when I brought in my 1989 Chrysler TC last week. Not only were they knowledgeable about the car but they also went out of there way to list and look up all the parts needed for this rare car.

I was also quite impressed with your cafe and waiting area! Very nice and upscale!

I was fortunate to find such a great place to take care of my family heirloom.

Recently, my daughter Nancy had to return to the dealership for the seventh time to have a power window repaired.Pete and Tom in service  went way out of their way to help her.

Since she is in Orlando alone with no family to support her there,it is a very difficult situation when she calls home,and needs help. I called the dealership,and spoke with Pete, and he told her to come into the dealership in the morning. She did, and he remembered her.

He made her feel like he was really sorry that she encountered this problem again,and that he would personally contact Chrysler and see if they could help her with this problem. He got her car into the shop,fixed,and she was on her way within two hours. This was great since she had to be at work.

Customer service is such a rarity in this world,and Pete showed my daughter respect,and outstanding customer service. I know she will definitely stay with a dealership that cares about her.

Nick has been very awesome and helpful every time I come into the dealership. He always has been very welcoming and makes my experience at the dealership very good. He always takes the time to talk to me and he actually cares about whats going and does his best to make sure everything goes great while I am here. Nick is the reason I come back to this dealership.

I would just like Cory to know that he has a tremendous asset in Roy Campbell as a service advisor.  I have a 2007 Commander Limited that I bought used in mid 2008, from the original owner.  I have have had it in for service on two occasions ( oil change, tire rotations etc) and several warranty items that needed attention.  Both times Roy has gone out of his way (in my opinion) to assure my concerns were handled successfully and he kept me in the loop and updated along the way so I knew exactly what was going on and what the expected result would be.

Roy (and your experienced and helpful techs) will keep me coming back for any future service needs and when the time comes to consider new vehicles i sure will consider Central Florida Chrysler,Jeep,Dodge for my needs.  It is rare today to get such wonderful service and helpful and knowledgeable people and i just had to let you know that it is appreciated by this customer.

I am writing to recognize Nicholas from your service team for outstanding customer service. I have been a customer of Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge since 2004, and I have been very impressed with Nicholas' friendliness and professionalism.

Recently, I had to replace the battery in my 2007 Jeep Commander. I was working late and wasn't able to get to the shop until about 10 minutes before closing. Not only did Nicholas see to it that my battery was replaced that evening, he didn't make me feel rushed and still made sure that the vehicle was washed before I drove away.

It's these experiences that will keep me coming back to your service center. Kudos to you, Nicholas and the service team for quality service!
