Darren was very informative and helpful and a gentleman at all times. Did not push to buy, but considered what we were looking for and at what price.  Patient at all times as we wanted info, but did not plan on purchasing a car today.

This dealer is great. I moved here from Las Vegas and the difference in service was so different. They never tried talking me into something I didn't want or need. I dealt with several service people but usually with Randy. He was honest in what I needed done and reminded me of what was covered under warranty.  I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was dealing with this dealer.

James was very helpful without playing any games. He was straight up dealing me and I am not the easiest person to see a car to. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

We traveled to Orlando this past weekend from Southern Indiana (land of the cold and snow) for a week with friends here in Orlando. On Monday for some unexplained reason the driver's side electronic window decided to quit working.

After several inquiries we were directed to your dealership for diagnosis / repair. Randy McClean was the advisor who met with us initially advised us of the proublem and set our Durango for repair. Since the part was not in stock he made connections for us to be shuttled back to the Sheration Vistana Resorts told us when the car would be repaired and acted in a totally professional manner.

We now have a Durango that will give us security and safety as we continue to enjoy Florida. Thank you for your dealership and the service you gave us. Our Chrysler dealer at home could not have been more helpful. We wish you continued success in your business.
