James did a great job in showing us the car and explaining all of the features.  Anything that we had asked of him he was able to check on and get an answer.  One thing that we like was that there was progress within the negotiation instead of a stalemate. 

I thought he was really understanding and helpful. He was willing to work with me and try to get me the vehicle I'm looking for even though I didn't quite know what I was looking for.

Patience is one of his qualities - explaining the differences per vehicle and financing options. 

We really enjoyed our experience here at Central Florida Dodge.  Our Salesman Chadd was wonderful.  We will definitely be back to do business with him again and hope that he is still here!  Our financial man Vinny was very informative and understood our situation and he did everything he could to get us where we needed to be.

Randy took really good care of us, took us for a test drive as many times as needed answering all questions with accuracy.  One suggestion:  the first person we dealt with was Chad, very nice and attentive person.  He did a follow up call the next day.  We agreed to meet him again the following day at a specific time... When I came back as agreed, he was not available. He did not call me to cancel the appointment or to let me know he wasn't going to be there... (that's when Randy took over).   Would be nice if all sales reps take appointments seriously.

Jerry did a great job on the follow up. I see him being a very good car sales man in the future,  customer service is the best i've seen in along time. Look forward to owning my 4X4 Truck hope everything continues to go smooth!!! Mike
