Went shopping with my son to buy an American car. We went to Orlando Dodge (although I was a bit hesitant since I had a bad experience with them a few years back and ultimately ended up buying a Nissan elsewhere), sadly enough, again I was disappointed to have to deal with bait & switch deception by the salesman and the finance office. The worse part was how each employee pointed the finger at some other employee when it came to accepting the blame. .

The story has a happy ending. Flustered, I came to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge a few hours later to see if I could find professionals. I met Bob Dennis and Buddy Valley and they managed to calm me down and help me. My son ended up getting a hot looking Jeep Liberty Sport and they helped him improve his credit in the process. So, my hats off to Bob and Buddy. They are heroes.

My husband and I, with our three kids spent a long hot weekend searching for the perfect car. I had an accident the week prior and was without transportation. We spent hours looking around and driving what other dealerships had to offer.

We made a stop at the end of the day to Central Florida C-J-D. I was met at the door with a warm smile and told them what I was looking for and what I had to work with. Buddy Valley was sent over to me and like magic, he showed me the perfect car!

Only a few, short minutes was spent in negotiation! He made the car work at the price we had to offer! This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership, and Buddy was AWESOME! The financial department as well as the management were top notch and were there to take care of my family and were genuinely understandable of our situation.

You can bet, that when both my husband and I are ready for another vehicle, Central Florida C-J-D will be our first and only choice!! 5 star service all the way around!!  Thanks Again to Buddy and all the staff.

Just bought a used Toyota Camry for my daughter from Central Florida CJD.  It was her first car.  Given that it was my 16 year old daughter's first car, we weren't looking to spend a whole lot of money. 

Buddy was very patient with us and was able to help my daughter and I find a car she was very happy with.  Now she can drive herself to school and all of her softball practices.
