Very good experience, sales staff let me leisurely browse vehicle inventory and did not come up to me.  I actually had to seek out sales staff to begin to ask questions and inquire about vehicles which is much preferred to instantly being talked into something.  Very impressive facility and staff very friendly.

Entire experience was excellent.  Came in not expecting to buy a vehicle, left with a 2010 Dodge Journey.  Every one was very kind and helpful.  Definitely a breath of fresh air from what i am used to.

What a nice and easy experience this was.  I saw an ad with the exact SUV I wanted.   I called and made an appointment, my salesman was Marc, he met me at the front door, on time and had the SUV pulled around for me to inspect.  He even pointed out a couple of small scratches on it!  We took a test drive and it was even better than advertised.  We discussed price, I didn't want to pay as much as they wanted and we met somewhere in the middle.  Then, they gave me even more for my trade than I expected.  The entire process took less than 2 hours and I was driving home in my new SUV.  Marc was terrific and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I shopped around and got more for my trade here than anywhere else. It was much easier dealing with Marc and he knew the Chrysler mini van product better than anyone we talked to . You have a customer for life.
