Randy took really good care of us, took us for a test drive as many times as needed answering all questions with accuracy.  One suggestion:  the first person we dealt with was Chad, very nice and attentive person.  He did a follow up call the next day.  We agreed to meet him again the following day at a specific time... When I came back as agreed, he was not available. He did not call me to cancel the appointment or to let me know he wasn't going to be there... (that's when Randy took over).   Would be nice if all sales reps take appointments seriously.

Randy was extremely professional and courteous.  He took the time to explain the items I had questions on.  Being in sales myself, I understand the importance of service and satisfying the customer and creating lifetime customers instead of one time transactions.  I will definitely refer my friends and family to visit Randy when they are in search of a new vehicle.
